A little about me.
Since I moved out East, I've grown to love bikes and racing. Did I mention I love all the bikes? The road bike, the cross bike, the gravel bike, the mountain bike, the adventure bike, the cruiser bike, the track bike, the bmx bikeā€¦ even the tandem bike. Some of you probably didn't know there were that many different kinds of bikes. And there's more. You bet. I loved the Big Wheel too. Who had one of these too?

A couple years ago, I decided to try racing. It was a circuit race out in Greenbelt, MD. Want to guess what happened? No, I didn't crash. Yet. But I was hooked! I've grown to love the competition and adrenaline rush. At the races you will find my beautiful wife and our two furry rascals cheering me on.
My Cycling Journey.
It's been a fun ride! I started off doing group rides with the Route 1 Velo crew and later on I did a part time stint as a Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA) Trail Ranger where I was able to maintain and oversee 25 miles of bicycle trails in Washington DC. I've also participated in a wide variety of races including time trials, criteriums, road races, gravel races, and cyclocross races over the past three years.

Being selected for the USA Summer Deaflympics Team is an honor and major achievement for myself and my fellow Deaflympians. I look forward to represent the USA Deaf Cycling Team in the 2022 Deaflympics that will take place in Caxias Do Sul, Brazil on May 1st-15, 2022. There are four road cycling events- the 1,000m Sprint, Time Trial, Road Race, and Points Race.
