I was first introduced to cycling when I was 14. My brother would always let me borrow his Trek 1000 with cage-like pedal clips. It was the first “racing” bike I ever tried. Felt like night and day from a regular bike. As I got older, I enjoyed other activities and mostly reserved biking for recovery and injury. A few years ago, I took up triathlon to improve my health due to worsening cholesterol, pre-diabetes, unwanted weight gain, among others.
I’m honored to be part of the 2022 Castelli Colletivo. Looking forward to meeting new people, engaging in new adventures, learning from teammates, and making our dreams a reality. If triathlon taught me one thing, it’s that you can overcome your worst challenges. With enough hard work, you CAN make it to YOUR finish line.
