Triathlon is my passion, however, I like any type of racing. As a former college pole vaulter, going “fast” and pushing my body is what I love. I race a lot of 70.3 IM races, the occasional full IM, and have competed in Kona at the World Championship. I run and bike when I can with friends. It keeps things fresh and fun! I have two teenage children (my biggest fans) and a tremendously supportive wife. I couldn’t do my training and racing without them!
