I picked up cycling in my late 20s after playing basketball for most of my life, and I am now hitting the Midwestern roads as a Cat 2 road racer after dabbling in triathlons, gravel, CX and track for a little. During the harsh winters and current pandemic, I am also racing global elite virtual cycling races and am a member of the Saris + The Pro's Closet team, the 2nd ranked team in women's eracing around the world.
I'm an advocate for equity in sports and regularly write articles and blogs for different cycling media.
Hailing from Germany originally, I miss German bread and chocolate every day.
